GCIHS Sports Activities

  • Conditioning & Strength Training (Once a week for each team @ 4:30am-5:00am): This is part of the student-athlete training which focuses on developing the endurance and strength of the student-athlete to play successfully in their respective sports.
  • Technical & Tactical Skills (Once a week for each team @ 4:00pm-5:00pm): This part of the student-athlete training focuses on developing the technical and tactical skills student-athletes need to play successfully in their respective sports.

Extra-Curriculum Sports

  • Inter-House Tournament (Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Handball, Table Tennis, Track & Field, and Ampey)

  • Campus Recreational Leagues ( Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Handball, Table Tennis)
