Cambridge "O" Level
Cambridge O Level is an internationally recognised qualification equivalent to Cambridge IGCSE and UK GCSE. Cambridge O Level provides learners with excellent preparation for academic progression to Cambridge Advanced as well as other progression routes. Cambridge O Level is compatible with other curricula. We update the curriculum regularly to ensure it stays relevant to learners' needs.
When a student opts for Cambridge O-Level, they are prepared for it in Years 10 and 11 (SHS 1 & 2). The exam is taken in May/June of the 2nd year. Registration is done in February of the same year. Students may either choose a predominantly Arts or Science program. The qualification obtained is a prerequisite for the A-Level Course.
Students study these three (3) core subjects, English Language, Mathematics and Combined Science (predominantly Arts students) and can add a Minimum of 4 or Maximum of 6 from the following programs:
Arts: Either Add. Math Or Religious Studies (B. K.), Either Business Studies Or History, Elective French, Either Economics Or Literature-in-English, Either Geography Or Principles of Accounts.
Science: Additional Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Elective French, Geography, Physics.
